Prior to this, she was an academic researcher, English/ESL teacher, and writing tutor and is known for her attentiveness to detail.  Colleen manages and oversees projects from start to finish, including data collection, analysis, and report creation for quantitative and qualitative research studies. With a variety of experience across industries, Colleen focuses on healthcare, insurance, banking and financial services, and education.
