A skilled interviewer, her healthcare work experience includes exploring health care professional (HCP) perspectives on hemophiliac insulin distribution via a new subcutaneous injection device, investigating initiatives for atrial fibrillation treatment with both cardiologists and patients including creating patient journey maps, and work with AIDS patient caregivers to create a framework for palliative care. She started her career as an advertising planner and is well versed in working with creative ideas: collaborating with teams, building meaning and resonance from one respondent engagement to another, to enhance concepts’ strengths and relevance.
