Aliza Pollack

With 20 years of strategic brand development and user experience research across varied brands and products, Aliza thrives on immersing herself into peoples’ worlds, and uncovering distinct client opportunities.

Her goal, always, is to simplify and enable creativity. She’s worked across health brands on a variety of initiatives, particularly in the product innovation and program development space. A skilled interviewer, her healthcare work experience includes exploring health care professional (HCP) perspectives on hemophiliac insulin distribution via a new subcutaneous injection device, investigating initiatives for atrial fibrillation treatment with both cardiologists and patients including creating patient journey maps, and work with AIDS patient caregivers to create a framework for palliative care. She started her career as an advertising planner and is well versed in working with creative ideas: collaborating with teams, building meaning and resonance from one respondent engagement to another, to enhance concepts’ strengths and relevance. Some healthcare clients include AT&T, Roche, California First 5, Pfizer, Merck.
