Whether building her own companies, advising others on how to grow, or developing young talent, she always gives the maximum effort, attention and passion to everything she touches. At the start of her career as a brand marketer at Procter & Gamble, she applied her interest in understanding people with her analytical side to formulate strong marketing strategies. She later continued her career as Chief Marketing Officer of a high-end food retailer, and eventually turned to client management roles in a shopper analytics firm as well as at a Boston-based growth strategy consulting firm in which she served as President and Chief Operating Officer. Helen has also applied her interest in developing youth in her role as a University of Cincinnati Adjunct Professor. In addition, Helen and her husband Calvin have invested in a number of companies, helping to build them into thriving organizations. Throughout her entire career, cultivating deep insights into people has been an important foundational cornerstone.
Helen also has a strong record of community service. She has served on numerous arts and social services Boards, mentored and tutored young children as part of an international women’s service organization, and participated with other community leaders in working on issues facing Greater Cincinnati as part of the Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Cincinnati.
